The microbiota: a hot topic for veterinarians in the context of reducing antibiotic use
ProbioactiFAP®, practical solutions for managing animal microbiota. The digestive workshop at this year's National Veterinary Technical Group conference focused on the microbiota and its importance for animal health. Following the scientific presentations, Isabelle Delporte took the opportunity to introduce Original Process's ProbioactiFAP® concept and solutions for managing ruminant microbiota. Dr. Sylvie Blain, chair of the goat committee, illustrated the benefits of using ProbioactiFAP® preventively to reduce mortality, based on a study conducted on kids in challenging conditions (see the poster in the PDF). Dr. Céline Cotrel then presented the 15 years of experience from the MSD laboratory, which distributes the ProbioactiFAP® range, in managing equine microbiota.
