Favorably influence microbiota balance to limit dysbiosis
ProbioactiFAP® administered to piglets from birth helps reduce antibiotic use, especially when given to the sow upon entering the farrowing unit. Initial results from a new study on 25 primiparous sows and over 150 piglets support previous findings, which were the subject of publications demonstrating the impact of ProbioactiFAP® on reducing neonatal diarrhea. Microbiota samples were collected from sow and piglet feces, and the interpretation of metagenomic analyses is currently underway.
